GLOBAL IMPERATIVES OF DOMESTIC STOCK MARKET DEVELOPMENT
In this article the place of domestic stock market in the global movement of capital is analyzed. On the basis of comparison analysis the prospectives of investment resources' attracting in the Ukraininan economy with the help of corporate securities is made. The factors that stipulate low investment attractiveness of securities issued by domestic joint stock companies for foreign investors are determined. The factors that lead to low investment attractiveness of securities issued by domestic joint stock companies for foreign investors. The row of measures aimed at significantly strengthening of the position of the stock market in the global investment market is measured.
