CORPORATE INVESTMENT FUNDS ON THE MARKET OF FINANCIAL SERVICES OF UKRAINE
This article deals with legal principles of corporate investment funds (CIF) functioning in Ukraine. The main attention is paid to the peculiarities of such funds, which define the specificity of their financial activities, including - in terms of issue of securities and capital raising. The question of impact of regulatory framework for CIF activity in the domestic financial market is investigated. The dynamic of main parameters of collective investing in Ukraine, the place of corporate funds in these processes is analyzed. The trends in the emission of CIF securities are determined. Factors, which define the low popularity of CIF in Ukraine in comparison with mutual investment funds, are determined. Suggestions, aimed at intensifying of services segment of ICI in our country, including - due to the changes in the regulatory framework, are justified.
